Standards: Standards: According to IEC60331-11, IEC60331-21, IEC 60331-1, IEC 60331-2, EN50200, EN50362, BS6387: 1994, BS7846, BS8431-1, BS8434-2, BS8491 etc
Scope: Used for testing wires & cables with the rated voltage through the different refractory level, detect the fire resistance of the insulation, check insulation whether breakdown and circuit’s integrality
Main parameters:
1. Shock testing wall: Material of resistance to fire and hot composition board and the size is L900*W300*D9mm,weight:about 10±2kg including frame
2. Metal frame: 2 stainless steel tube, one for up and down, size: W25*D25* L1000mm
3. Testing power: output voltage continuously adjustable during AC0-100V,current: AC0.01-0.70A, four circuits independent continuously adjustable
4. Heat withstand pip: φ3.0*L300mm, thermocouple fixed onto the end of heat withstand pip to test temperature
5. Shock speed: 30±2s/T , shock at the level of 60 °
6. Timer: 0.01～99.99S/M/H setting continuously
7. Ribbon burner: nozzle length: 500mm;width: 15mm, contain the Venturi mixer
8. Burning gas: propane or other gas
9. Testing temperature: 650～950℃
10. Specimen size: Length about 400mm
11. Temperature sensor: ø 2.0 mm Platiniridium temperature sensor , 8～10mm from the bottom of the worktable
