Standard: According to GB/T17650.1-1998, GB/T17650.2-1998, IEC60754-1:1994, IEC60754-2:1991, GB/T19666-2005, GA306.1-2007, GA306.2-2007, UL2556-2007.
Scope: Applies to determine total quantity of halogen-free and low halogen flame retardant cable’s halogen acid gas and measure PH value and conductivity to determine the acidity gas,
Main parameter:
1. Quartz material tubular furnace heating furnace chamber size: L600mm×ф42mm;
2. Tubular furnace input power: 220V/3.8KW;
3. Inner diameter of quartz tube: ф34±1mm;
4. According to inner diameter of quartz tube gas flow-meter calculate the setting flux:
ρ=V·πD2/4=20*3.14*342 /4ml/h=302ml/min±10%;
5. Accessories: pH meter and conductivity analyzer one for each, 500mL gas washing and absorbing device and connection head.
