Standards: According to GB/T 18380.11-2008, IEC60332-1-1:2004, GB/T 18380.12-2008, IEC60332-1-2:2004, GB/T 18380.13-2008, IEC60332-1-3:2004, EN50265-1, EN50265-2-1, GB/T5169.14-2007 and IEC60695-11-2:2003

Scope: Applies to check the single insulation wire and cable vertical spreading test which total section area more than 0.5mm²

Main parameters:

1. Vertical burning chamber: W300xH1200xD450mm;

2. Gas: Use high purity propane gas or liquefied petroleum gas (provide by user-self)

3. Length of specimen: 600±25mm;

4. Area of specimen: Total section area more than 0.5mm²

5. Testing environment: This device must is located in the environment with no-ventilated and temperature keeping 23±10℃;

6. Flaming time: Continuously setting between 0.1-999.9S, during the setting time flame could continuously flame the specimen;

7. Control function: Option Switch can choose operation by manual or automatically according to the actual demand;

8. Gas flux range: 0.1-1L/min;

9. Area flux range: 0.1-1m³/h

10. Burner: Which standard power is 1kW, 50～60mm for height of blue luminous cone, 170～190mm for total height of flame, which according to GB/T5169.14-2007, IEC60695-11-2:2003;

11. Temperature measurement system: according to GB/T5169.14-2007 and IEC60695-11-03 standard requirements, including temperature copper (10g), K type thermocouple and diameter is 0.5 mm with stainless steel sheathed, stopwatch and thermometer etc
