ST-7604ISO Automotive Cable Flame Resistance Tester
Standards: According to ISO 19642-2:2019 clause5.4.15 & Annex C, and Clause 5.22 of ISO 6722-2011
Reference Clause 6.6 of SAE J1128-2005, Clause 5.9 of QC/T730-2005, DIN72551-5, SAE J1127 and SAE J 1128.
Scope: Applied to automotive cable to resistance flame testing
Structure: It is consist of electrical control system, Chamber & metal enclosure, Bunsen burner, Solenoid valves, high pressure Ignition, gas pipes, high pressure values, timers, signal control lines and exhaust system
Technical Parameters
1. Metallic enclosure: W300 *D600*H1200mm (front open)
2. Flame chamber: W1250 * D850 * H1700mm
3. Burn gas: High purity LPG or the gas with 37MJ/m3
4. Specimen: Length 600±5mm
5. Burning timer: 0.1-999.9s can be preset
6. Extend burning timer: 0.1-999.9min can be preset,
7. Burner: ID9.0mm * Length100mm, flame height is 100mm and inner cone height is 50mm, the height of flame can be adjust
8. Burning angle: 45o, and samples also as 45o relative to the vertical line
