ST-8602T Desktop computer servo high temperature testing machine is a new material testing machine that combine the electronic technology with mechanical transmission, it has accurate load speed, extensive range of force measurement, has high accuracy and sensitivity to the load, displacement measurement and control. This machine is easy to operate, specializing in controlling products quality in product line. This series machines mainly applied to test metal and non-metal materials which the load is less than 10KN.
Main function:
Mainly applied to test the force of metal and non-metal materials in the high temperature environment, the force such as tension, compression, bending, shear, peel, tear or two-points extension (need to add to extensometer) and others., the materials such as rubber, plastic, wire and cable, optical fiber and cable, safety belt, leather belt composite materials, plastic profiles, waterproof membrane, steel, copper, profiles, spring steel, bearing steel, stainless steel (as well as other high-hardness steel), castings, plate, strip, non-ferrous metal wire
Main feature:
Adopt photoelectric encoder to measure the displacement; the controller uses the embedded single-chip microcomputer structure with multi-function software, which combine with measurement, control, culculation and storage. It can automatically calculate the stress, the rate of elongation (need to add extensometers), the tensile strength, elastic modulus, automated statistical results; automatically recorded the biggest point, breaking point, the designated point value or the rate of elongation; Using computer to display the dynamic curves in the testing process and process the data, After testing, it can re-analysis and edit the data by amplifying the curves through the graphics processing module, printing reports, the product performance have reached the international advanced level.
