Description:

This sereis Universal Tensile Testing Machine with Computer is a new material testing machine that combine the electronic technology with mechanical transmission, it has accurate load speed, extensive range of force measurement, has high accuracy and sensitivity to the load, displacement measurement and control, it also can complete the constant-velocity loading, constant- velocity displacement test. This machine is easy to operate, especially suitable for controlling quality in production line, this series of machines are mainly applied to test the non-metal and metal materials which the load is less than 10ton.

Main function:

Mainly applied to test the metal and non-metal materials in tension, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing or two-points extensions and others., such as rubber, plastic, wire and cable, optical fiber and cable, safe belt, leather belt composite materials, plastic profiles, waterproof membrane, steel, copper, profiles, spring steel, bearing steel, stainless steel (as well as other high-hardness steel), castings, plate, strip, non-ferrous metal wire

1. Capacity: 100N, 200N, 500N, 1kN, 2KN, 5kN, 10kN, 20kN, 50kN, 100kN option.

2. Accurate grade: 1 grade /0.5 grade.

3. Effective range measuring: 0.2%～100%(1 grade) / 0.4%～100%(0.5 grade)

4. Measuring accuracy: Display the value ±1% / display the value±0.5%

5. Tester resolution: Max load 1/200000，constant the resolution

6. Effective testing width: 400mm (can be widened according to customer’s requirement)

13.Testing moving platform device: Fast /Slow two mode for choose, can jog

14.Platform return back mode: Manual or Automatic mode for choose, after test the platform can be return to initial position with the highest speed by manual or automatic
