Main functions:
This machine is applied to test all materials in tension, compression, bending, shear, peel (90 degrees and 180 degrees), tear or two point extension (need to add extensometer) and others, the materials such as rubber, plastics, synthetic leather, tape, adhesive, plastic film, composite materials, electronics, metals and other materials, it can judge the product quality from the test.
Main feature:
Adopt photoelectric encoder to measure the displacement, the controller uses the embedded single-chip microcomputer structure with multi-function software, which combine with measurement, control, calculation and storage. It can automatically calculate the stress, the rate of elongation (need to add to extensometers), the tensile strength, elastic modulus, automated statistical results; automatically record the biggest point, breaking point, the designated point value or the rate of elongation; Using computer to display the dynamic curves during the testing process , then process the data, After testing, it can re-analysis and edit the data by amplifying the curves through the graphics processing module, printing reports,the product performance has reached the international advanced level.
