ST-9605 Oxygen (air) bomb aging oven
Standards: According to GB/T2951.12,IEC60811-1-2,IEC60335-1,GB4706.1,GB 4706.8,,IEC60335-2-17,GB/T5013.2,IEC60245-2 etc.
Applicable scope: This machine applies to aging test for electrical wires & cables & rubber jacket& plastic & artificial leather, and other macromolecule materials. (Aging test via oxygen and compressed air in specified pressure and temperature) .
Technical parameters:
1. Maximum pressure: 2.5MPa
2. Safety blow-up pressure: 2.7～3 MPa
3. Pressure gauge: 0～4MPa,minimum scale 0.02Mpa
4. Temperature controlling range: RT-150℃
5. Effective volume: ≥4000cm3
6. Temperature fluctuation: ±0.5℃
7. Thermal ageing methods:
7.1 Ageing in an air bomb: Air as medium, with the temperature 127℃,pressure 0.55±0.02MPa
7.2 Ageing in an oxygen bomb: Oxygen as medium, with the temperature 70℃,pressure 2.1±0.07MPa
8. Procedure of releasing pressure: As soon as the ageing period is completed, the pressure shall be released gradually so as to reach atmospheric pressure in not less than 5min
9. Timer: 0.01S～9999H. Voice alarm when reach the pre-set value.
