ST-5221E Power Cord Plug Tester (with ground resistance and display by LCD)

Standard: According to UL, VDE, BSI, SAA, T-MARK, KS, IRAM, CCC standards

Range: It is used for testing the Continuity & Polarity, Grounding resistance test, insulation, High Voltage, Exposed copper (conductor), and relative length for single end plugs (like 2P non-polarity or polarity, 3P non-polarity or polarity) and Double-end plugs (like 2P non-polarity, 2P parallel, 2P cross, 3P parallel, 3P cross)

Technical Parameters:

1. Insulation voltage: 500V/DC

2. Insulation resistance: 2.0, 5.0, 20.0, 50.0, 100.0, 200.0 MΩ, can be adjustable and display by point-meter.

3. Leakage current: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10, 20mA (for preset)

4. Inner H/Voltage: 0-5KV/AC can be adjusted, display by point-meter

5. Skin H/Voltage: 0-5KV/AC/1mA can be adjusted, display by point-meter

6. Test time: 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 10s can be set any fixed time.

7. Plug type: Single-end plugs are non-polarity, 2P click non-polarity, and polarity for 2Pin, non-polarity and polarity for 3Pin; Double-end plugs are non-polarity, parallel and cross for 2Pin, parallel and cross for 3Pin

8. Counting function: Auto counting the pass and NG products, NG of continuity & polarity, NG of insulation NG of H/V test and NG of Grounding Resistance

9. Eject function: Pass products can be ejected and print automatically, NG products can be locked and alarm

10. Grounding Resistance: (add Function of Grounding resistance test and display)

1) Output current: 3-30A/AC (Constant Current)

2) Resistance range: 0.1~510mΩ when the output current between 3-10A

0.1~120mΩ when the output current between 10-30A.
