ST10-C Rubber Thickness Meter

Summary: This thickness meter are specified for the most common types of insulating and jacket compounds , vulcanization rubber plastic and of cables, wires and cords. It has simple configuration, easy usage and high precision.

Standards: In accordance with IEC60811-1-1-2001, GB2951.1-2008 standards.

Technical parameters:

1. Precision of dial indication: 0-1class，accuracy：0.02mm，resolution:0.01mm；

2. Weight of gauge head: 157±5g，140±2g，28±3g（including hairspring and gauge head）；

3. Dimension of gauge head：Ф5mm、Ф10mm，1×4mm three kinds；

4. Measurement journey：0.01-10mm；

Used method:

1. According to the request of analyte, put on poise and gauge head,（The 1×4mm gauge head should be installed in the superficial included angle 40-45 degrees）use thumb to press hand Lever cause gauge head go up. Put the analyte in the middle of worktable and gauge head, release the hand lever, the reading of dial indication is the thickness of analyte. To ensure the accuracy, identical analyte should be measured in different position and take the average.

2. Rubber material:

① Ф5mm: 20g weight with touch pressure is P=2N/cm2;

② 1×4mm: 8.0g weight with touch pressure is P=7N/cm2;

③ Ф10mm: 137g weight with touch pressure is P=2N/cm2.

3. Plastic material

①Ф5mm: 120g weight with touch pressure is P=7N/cm2;

② 1×4mm: 8g weight with touch pressure is P=7N/cm2.
